Today September 24th, Somalia’s Ambassador to the European Union, Dr. Khadija Ossoble Ali, formally submitted her credentials to Ms. Lucie Samcová-Hall Allen, Chief of Protocol of the EU Diplomatic Services.
“It is a privilege to represent Somalia, and I look forward to the journey ahead,” stated Dr. Ali, expressing her dedication to strengthening the relationship between Somalia and the EU.
Dr. Ali’s appointment marks a significant step in fostering deeper diplomatic ties and collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including development, peacebuilding, and economic growth.
